I understand that signing up for Epic Mastermind is a 6 month commitment and that my payment will be collected on the same day each month for a period of 6 payments of $600 each. A delay or default in payment will result in a 5% finance charge. I am responsible for full payment of the fees for the Program, regardless of whether I participate or utilize the mastermind. I also understand that my consulting hours do not roll over and must be used each month. Any unused time will be forfeited.

I agree to sign and be bound to the non-disclosure agreement that will be presented after joining the mastermind. I will have an opportunity to read and bring forward any disagreements or additions to the agreement. A breech of the agreement will result in immediate termination from Epic Mastermind.
